The Riata Showcase Horse Sale will take place place December 7th, 2025, South Point Equestrian, Las Vegas, NV. The sale will begin at 10:00 am
and the Riata Open To The World will begin at 3:00 pm. The sale preview will be immediately following the KEY card event scheduled at the end of
the day on Saturday, Dec 6th.
Each year the Riata Stallion Incentive highlights Riata horses in all the major horse sales across the country. Each December the Riata Sale will Showcase a select
set of Riata rope horses under the spotlights of the World Series of Team Roping Finale and immediately prior to the Riata Open to the World Team Roping.
These hand selected horses will be sold in front of the most engaged set of buyers in the industry.
One of the special features of the Showcase sale is the $100,000 Riata Horse Sale Incentive for Horses Purchased at the Riata Sale.
The sale horse incentive will be available to sale horses every year of their career.
THE $100,000 HORSE SALE INCENTIVE:
- Winning horses will be determined by total money won by the participating 2024 Riata Showcase horses throughout the Riata Championships.
- Total winnings for each sale horse will accumulate from all divisions and all riders, heading and heeling.
- Payments will be made to the owner of record as of September 20, 2025.
- After verification, five places will be paid: $35K, $25K, $19K, $14K, $7K

Rope horses offered for sale should be finished rope horse, or horses well into their training.
