In 2015, at a jackpot in Stephenville, Texas, Jose Briseno overheard a roper mention their egg farm was having trouble producing fertile eggs. Jose saw a business opportunity. He purchased an old dairy farm, converted it to a chicken farm, and in 2016, Intensidad Farms (now Teggxass) commenced selling fertile eggs to hatcheries. Today, Teggxass also produces 140,000 table eggs daily for grocery store shelves. But Jose and his family's true passion has always been horses, and new adventures brought them to the United States.

With deep roots in the equine world in Mexico, Jose Briseno, wife Lupita Zermeno, and children, Pepe, Fernanda, Alfonso, Eduardo, and Manuel, brought a passion for quality horses when they moved to Comanche, Texas in 2010. Since then, the family has embraced every opportunity to fulfill a need, launching new ventures and expanding existing operations with nothing short of a can do, get it done attitude.

In 2013, the family purchased MillionHeir Ranch in Dublin, Texas. The Ranch hosts team ropings and other western events. In 2021, the Ranch expanded operations with the addition of a breeding center, born out of necessity when a stallion was injured, and Fernanda, now managing the breeding center, had mares to breed.

"It was hard having to haul mares to get palpated," Fernanda said. "I told my dad I wanted to learn how to check mares. He hired a specialist to come to the Ranch to train me and Pepe. It was great, we learned on our mares. Now, the breeding center offers services including AI, embryo flushes, and collections."

MillionHeir Ranch is home to two Riata stallions, Ref Majestico and The Silk Streaker.

Ref Majestico's outstanding breeding and striking conformation stood out when he was purchased. Shortly after arriving at MillionHeir Ranch, he was turned out to pasture-breed ten mares, four months later, every mare was confirmed in foal. With over $45,000 in earnings, Ref Majestico is roped on at all levels, from local jackpots to World Series ropings, The Riata Championships, and the WS Finale in Las Vegas. His progeny is also making an impact in the roping arena, with known earnings of over $15,000, and, just like their sire, they're eye appealing with striking build, disposition, and ability.

The Silk Streaker, a 2017 stallion by A Streak of Fling out of Famous Silk Panties, is co-owned by Jose Briseno, Jesus Trujillo, and Juan Zermeno. This stallion is a proven performer in both the roping arena and as a finished barrel horse. His first foal crop is strong, stout, and promising.

MillionHeir Ranch has all ages of horses, from weanlings on up by Ref Majestico and the first crop of weanlings by The Silk Streaker for sale.

"My Dad heard about Riata from a friend and was determined to get Ref Majestico in," Fernanda said. "And he made it happen! Everything we've accomplished with the horses, and all our other successful ventures, is thanks to my dad's mindset and my mom's unwavering support. She puts the reins in God's hands, trusts the process, and saddles up and rides along."

Ref Majestico continues to gain popularity across both the U.S. and Mexico, turning heads and cashing checks in the roping arena. From roots in Mexico and entrepreneurial spirit to world-class roping prospects, the Briseno family continues to build a legacy one foal, and one opportunity at a time.
